okay i have this friend who ive only known for like a year and weve only been good friends for like a couple months but anyways he is going out with my bestfriend ..and i mean i hate when people my age (14) say i love you if you can tell they dont mean it but i KNOW they do and i hangout with them like everyday and i have so much fun with them they are the two people i can honestly say i trust i love them both to death they are my bestfriends... but this kid got charged for raping these two girls..but he didnt do anything like that he would never do that...they are just stupid and try to start shit and thats not something to joke around with and so he was locked up for 2 months until he went to court...and his gf's (my bff) mom found out she said she wanted her to have NOTHING to do with him..he got out and we were over there everyday and she had been lying to her mom but then we got cought the other day and her mom was bullshit and told my mom the whole story and now we cant see him because neither of them want us going over there...my mom says i can talk on the phone with him and stuff and maybe go over in a little while when he gets off house arrest but i feel so bad he is my bestfriend and she loves him and he is the only one she has besides like me and a few others.... please helpp (link)

Alrighty...well let's see if anyone has any ideas on what I should do. :) Okay, well I've really liked this boy for way over a year and we went out most of the time I liked him. While we broke up though he's gone out with one girl and I've been with like two other guys but really we always seem to find eachother! But I really really really like him still, we had a few flings in the past couple months, and he has called me like everyday for a long time...up to a little bit ago and I didn't know what was up. Then I found out he asked out this other girl and my friend asked him why he hasn't asked me out yet (because he told her that he was going to but to keep it on the d/l) and he said it was because I never call him or talk to him at school. Well the thing is I do call him but not a lot and whenever I try to call him he calls me before and I tell him and he never believes me! Well now I'm trying to talk to him more in school so we don't seperate and then he don't like me anymore because I don't know what I would do! But everytime I try to do that he never talks back really because I think he totally gave up on us to. Does anyone have any ideas on what I should do about this!
