Hey well one of my friends has really bad stretch marks on her legs and she doesnt know how to get themm away or w/e i told her to tell her mom and she said thta she is too embarreseed too..and i am the only one that knows so how can she get rid of them?
xbondagebabyx answered Thursday November 11 2004, 6:25 pm: aw! no she doesnt have to be embarrased tell her that her mom is brilliant (all moms are) shes shouldnt hide anything well what she can do is lay down on the floor and put her legs up and move them as if shes riding a bike like for 30 minuets she could stop a bit during the time then to get an anti cellulite cream or lotion they have them in rite aid save-on wal greens whatever! and to rub it on her legss but she must exercise!!!!! or she can run up hills backwords!

Siren_Cytherea answered Wednesday November 10 2004, 10:50 pm: Well, my mom has informed me that stretch marks fade over time, and are almost totally unnoticeable by the time they fade (I have icky stretch marks too...I feel your friend's pain, in a way. Mine are already fading). Ignore them for now, or if she really can't stand them, tell her she can cover them up with body makeup. I really reccomend just waiting awhile and letting them fade, but I'm a bit of a natural-ist myself.

Notso answered Wednesday November 10 2004, 10:46 pm: Vitamin E fades scars. They're totally normal though, and a sign of growing. Most girls have them around the tops of their legs or thighs. They will fade with time, but viatmin e can hurry up the process.
AmericnJewl answered Wednesday November 10 2004, 10:32 pm: It's completely normal and natural, especially for kids going through puberty because you're growing and gaining weight quickly. It's actually the tissue underneath your skin that is growing so quickly...even though your skin has a little bit of stretch to it, your body is growing so quickly that the skin cannot accomodate and so stretch marks appear!
You can try to use suntan lotion to try to mask the lines. If you are in your teens (which I am only assuming) there is a good chance that these marks will fade as you get older. However, when you get older (say 18+) you may consider seeing a dermatologist who may be able to treat you for your stretch marks.
