Well it's your decision. You have to decide who and what is more important.
You can always go to both and perhaps even bring your best friend as well.
She is your best friend, therefore you must consider her feelings. Imagine how you would feel if she didn't show up for your birthday party to attend a party? Once you put yourself in her shoes, you can make a decision. : )
Don't be influenced by what other people would do or should do. Just decide for yourself on the level of importance. Just remember that there will always be parties, but birthdays are once a year meant to be celebrated with those whom you love and love you back.

i personnaly would habg out with my best friend for her birthday cause you know her , and you know you'll have fun . the other girls party might not turn out so good anyway but in the end its your own choice of what you want to do .

Ask yourself this question-- Whos more important? People you hardly know who could easily not be your friends or you bestfriend who has been your friend for a while... It all depends on who you think is more important... i would pick my bestfriend but im not sure about yourself...good luck :)!

go hang with your best friend. It's her/his birthday!! They'll probably be pretty crushed if you ignore them, of all days. Or if you really wanna go to the PARTAY, then see if your friend can go to! but if not, i definately think you should hang with you bf!!

hang out with your best friend if its her birthday! You dont know this girl thats holding the party, and it would be low for you to ditch your BEST friend to go to some party. Even if its supposed to be REALLY fun you would definetly have a better time with your best friend.
