I don't think you should flirt with your brother's friends. I have 2 brothers, and I know not to flirt with their friends because it would be uncomfortable for them.
Besides, they are probably just horny guys (male sexual peak=18) who just want to touch you as much as they can. It doesn't send out a very good message if you flirt back and let them know you like it.
It's okay to like it, but us girls need to have some self-control, or else there will be none, because guys sure as hell have none.

What would make you not think that you need to tell someone? If you don't tell anyone this is going to continue. Even if this is something you like, getting attention from guys you find attractive, it's still wrong, they are 3 years older than you and they should be paying attention to girls their age.

Ever considered telling your brother? He'll at least threaten your friends with bodily harm if they touch you. If you feel uncomfortable, tell them to stop. Subtle hints and 17 year old boys does not go well together.

Wow you sound like me only I'm 14 and my brother and his friends are 16-18. It's uncomfortable especially because one of my brother's friends is a lesbian and she's ALWAYS at my house... so it's creepy. Just tell them to leave you alone, seriously, they are 17 and very horny. Not a great combo. Hope this helped.
