Laura answered Sunday September 26 2004, 10:01 pm: Just be like "Grandma, do you keep any pads that I could use? Or could you take me to the drug store for some?" or something like that. Gosh, I remember when I told my mom. I was so nervous. I did it all wrong. >.> Just don't say you had to throw away your favorite pair of underwear because they had blood on them...no, don't say that.
Pwarx answered Sunday September 26 2004, 9:50 pm: Oh I remember when this happened to me. Do you know where the pads are? If you do, use those and just don't tell her, because then they just...never...ever...stop talking about it. Always going on about "Have you changed?" "Blah blah blah?"
S_C answered Sunday September 26 2004, 6:17 pm: Hey grandma, could you give me a ride to the local drug store, I've started my period (or say menstrual crycle)
She'll probably cry, or be like oh your so grown up hehehe.
I just realized that you asked this like 3 hours ago, so I don't know if it's too late, so I figure I'd answer and find out [ S_C's advice column | Ask S_C A Question ]
