If you are in good condition and if your metabolism is pretty fast then you will heal in no time. [ XtineMaximus's advice column | Ask XtineMaximus A Question ]

As far as what you eat, just eat healthy and maybe include a vitamin supplement. [ chaos's advice column | Ask chaos A Question ]

hErEtoheLp answered Thursday September 2 2004, 12:40 pm: Put some neosporen on it. That always helps relive the pain. Also, try some Hydrogen Poroxide, it gets rid of all the germs and bateria in your skin and will help the healing process go much faster. [ hErEtoheLp's advice column | Ask hErEtoheLp A Question ]
