i am finally over my ex but now i find myself constantly thinking about my best friend's ex. i missed him while i was on vacation..do i have a crush on him? If i do...what should i do? should i tell him? my friend still isnt completely over him.. what if he likes me too? oh and im a 14 yhear old girl

Oh god. Caring about a person, friendship and lust is NOT LOVE. Simply missing a person isnt really love either, that is called codependency. Wait until you can understand love, then try going for it. Ever wonder why so many middle school romances are full of drama and never ever work out? Well, if you're constantly thinking about this guy, maybe you do like him. You should probably talk to your friend, and see how she feels about the subject. If she makes it clear that she's totally comfortable with it, it would probably be okay to pursue a relationship with this guy. But make sure it's okay with your friend first -- don't forget the Cardinal Rule!

You probably do have a crush on him if you can't stop thinking about him. As to what you should do.. Talk to your friend about it and see how she feels about you liking him. If sh eis okay with it talk to the guy. And eventually if you feel comfortable with it, you can tell him how you feel and see where that goes. Well I don't think it is cool to date someone's ex unless they say they don't have feelings for him anymore, and didn't care if you two dated.Because that could cause serious problems with you and your friend if she still likes him.So, what I suggest you doing, is just casually bring up his name to your friend and ask her if she still has feelings for him. If she says yes, then DO NOT tell her you like him. It will piss her off. But if she says no, then just tell her that you kind of like him now and wanted to know if she would mind you ''getting to know him better''. ahh! never a good sitution. you may just care for him, not nessarly like him. really i think the best thing for you to do is stick with your friend and not do anything about this guy cuz it will cause problems between you and your friend. how do you know if he liked you? just stay away from this guy for a little while because he has trouble written all over him... don't get in between them either. stick with your friend... thanx for your question
