tongue piercing
hey i want to get my tongue pierced but i was just wondering how much it hurts to get it done. either way i am going to pierce it i just wanted to no ahead of time......

it doesnt really hurt, it just swells up aftwerwards, so you have to eat like ice-cream, popsicles, and cold stuff after it for like 2 days.

my bf got his tounge pierced.. he said it didnt hurt but i dont belive him. uhmm i think it would hurt alot. Plus u cant eat for 2 days and u can easily get the ring caught on something and rip the hole bigger. :-/

i got mine done about a year ago and it didnt hurt to me. at all. im getting a tatoo in a week so pain doesnt bother me but my tounge didnt hurt at all. hope i helped **tink**

I never had mine done, but my best friend and her fiance both did. Her fiance said it hurt a little, and she said that she didn't even feel anything.

hey umm my cousin got her tounge pierced.... she said she could barley eat for 2 weeks... then a while ago at a barbecue she swallowed it while eating.. it was scary and shes lucky nothing happened to her... just make shure that you screw it on tight it your going to get one... i hope it helps

I never got it but all my friends that got it said that it hurts less then when u pierce the top of your ear or belly button so I guess it doesn't hurt that badcuz the make your tongue like extra small that the niddle just goes straight through without problems and you drinks stop to freeze it...so it's not that bad

well i wouldnt kno from excperience but my bro gut it dun he sed it dont hurt juss when they put the clamp on and like afta when your tounges swollen but i guess he sed iz no that bad!! hope i helped if u need n e thing else ask*

hey!! i got my tounge pierced in may and to tell yu the truth, it just feelz lyk a pinch that lasts a millasecond literally!!! itz really pretty painless, as impossible as it may sound.
the real pain is the after math of it..for about 2 to 3 weekz afterwardz yu will be in horrible mouth pain(no exaggeration) and wont be able to talk, or will talk with a lisp...yu wont be able to eat ..only soup if yur lucky..for about a week or 2 .. and everytime yu drink, eat or smoke yu have to wash yur mouth out with listerine or another mouth wash that killz germs...yu can suck on ice and wut not to numb the pain and take tylonal for it also...but really, the pain still remainz and there were sum timez that i wanted to jus say f*ck it and pull it out cuz i culdnt deal wit not being able to talk and wen i did..i sounded lyk a deaf person that ppl culdnt understand at all !! ... it wuz horrribbleee ..but i hung in there and after a week weekz it got much better and now, i cant feel it at all!! sumtimez i even forget itz in my mouth!! lol
but yull be fine trust me..just hang in there and deal wit the pain no matter how much it hurtz..unless it getz really infected...
make sure yu go to a clean clean place also!!

Well, it's different for everyone. Some people can take the pain and some can't. I heard it does hurt a lot but it doesn't mean it can be true. Hope I helped :)

It's different with everyone. It didn't hurt me much at all, it was less painful than getting my ears pierced.
