Talk to your friend about how you feel. Just tell him that you still have feelings for her and it's kind of weird that he's going out with her. If you know that they both have feelings for her you shouldn't try to come between them, but maybe your friend will realize that you like her a lot and notice that you two could be better off together.

Honestly, just be happy for them. If she really does have alot of feelings for you still, she'll come around but until then, dont ruin what they have because you could be costing your best friend and a futur girlfriend.
