Dont use too much... try matchin ur eye shadow with ur clothes... but make sure the color or the shadow goes with ur skin tone.. eye liner on the top and bottom makes every girl look really pretty in my opinion...

dont go heavy with it. use a oil free foundation ((preferebly NOT covergirl ->they suck<-)) and then just stay with neutral an dnatural tones. those look the best

i think the best thing is to keep that natural look. if use colors that go with your complexion it doesn't really appear as if you have make up. it just accents your natural prettyness. so try like just using black, brown or gray eyeliner, inside of your eye. use a black or brown mascara, to give a fuller look to your lashes. just that will bring out your eyes. but if you want to use some eyeshadow, use something that wont stand out too much, like something that shimmers more than it is a color. that way there is just basically a sparkle on your eye lid. and use a clear or light lip gloss. with this method, you will have make up on, but you wont look like a clown.

FoR foundation, I use 'CoveRgiRl's' "clean makeup FRAGRANCE FREE NON PARFUME 30ml" bottle. It glides on smoothly, and comes in *many* diffeRent shades, so you'Re bound to find a coloR that's peRfect foR you. With eyeshadow... I do this thing called "Shadowing". You apply the coloR eyeshadow you wish to weaR, then using a bristle bRush... lightly dab all oveR it with gRay. It looks moRe lively, and gives it a smokey, excotic look, I think, anyway. I neveR leave the house without it! Also, when it comes to keeping youR eyeshadow on all day, tRy dabbing some Petroleum Jelly, oR body lotion on youR eyelid - it'll stay all day that way. And as foR eyelineR... when it comes to liquid oR pencil, it's just a peRsonal pRefeRence. HoweveR, if you ask... MOST people will tell you that pencil is a betteR choice. It's a gReat staRt foR a beginneR who is just getting used to it. If you mess up, pencil is A WHOLE LOT easieR to clean up and Re-do than liquid would be. And if you plan on caRRying it aRound in a puRse oR pocket.. theRe's a chance that the liquid may Ruin. And now foR the pRoducts... peRsonally, I think the two best bRands of eyelineR out theRe aRe "MeRyl NoRman" and "Beautique". "MeRyl NoRman", which can only be puRchased at "The MeRyl NoRman Cosmetic Studios", is pRicey [typically $8.50 - $15.00], but it REALLY IS good stuff. It goes on wondeRfully, and stays on all day!!! On the otheR hand... I happen to think that "Beautique" is INCREDIBLE, howeveR, I've ONLY seen "Beautique" at "Sally's". And "Beautique" is only .99 cents. TRUST ME.. I would NEVER EVER EVER buy cRap make up!!! I get only the best, so please, please, please, please DON'T let this dollaR pRice thRow you off - you'd be cheating youRself out of the best pRoduct out theRe!! I'd PREFER "Beautique" out of ANY otheR bRand of eyelineR!! I could easily go out and buy a $15.00 pencil, but I'd RATHER get "Beautique"! "Beautique" glides on smoothly and REALLY LASTS ALLLLL DAY!!! I CAN NOT pRomote this item enough!! And if you still have doubts... foR only .99 cents.. it's woRth a shot!! Goodluck!! hmm..well i was 14 when i started wearing makeup too! and..well just a few tips "I" learned..u don't wanna start of wearing makeup so heavy..just buy the basics..black eyeliner..mascara..maybe some "bronze/shimmery eyeshadow" natural colors like tan colors..and some clear lip gloss..okay this is what ya should do..apply some fondation on any pimples first..or discoloration to the face...then if ur eyelashes arent naturally curly..curl them with a eyelash curler..next u wanna put the eyeliner on..not like one stroke..maybe like 3..then u wanna put some mascara on..(and if u wanna wear eyeshadow u do that b4 mascara) then u apply another layer of eyeliner..finish off with lipgoss..and VA-VOOM..pretty hehee oh yeah..and when u put eyeshadow on dont put it on too thickly! good-luck!

the general rule when applying make-up is "less is more". the natural look is always best (and most guys say they like this look best) for example dont go overboard with glitter and freaky eyeliner. oh and if you need coverup, make sure it matches your skin tone and blend PAST your face so you dont get a ring around it.

hmm well this is usually how i do mine:
first i put liquid foundation on. then i put black eyeliner or blue eyeliner on. i don't put it on the little line thing under my eye, i put it right below my eyelashes. Usually i just put it on the bottom. Then i put eyeshadow on..either blue, pink, white, or something like baige or however you spell it that you can't see much. I put mascara on last cuz usually when i put mascara on before eyeshadow, while putting on eyeshadow it messes up the mascara or w/e so ya. I don't know what you are really looking for so just try different things and whatever looks good on ya!

Hmm. What kind of tips?
I'll tell you how I do mine.
I use foundation.. I use liquid and powder. Loose powder actually. I put the liquid on first and then the powder. Everyone has there different ways of doing there make up. After I get done putting foundation on I put eyeliner on.. if it tickles or your eyes water they won't after you pratice alot and get used to it. I put eyeliner on the inside of my eye on that little line thingy and i put it on top too. You can also Put it right below you eyelashes. Then I do mascara. Be CAREFUL WITH THIS NOW. lol its a mess if you mess it up. and I pull my eyelid up to apply the mascara. Then I do the eyeshadow. to prevent the eyeshadow from wearing off in the day use a nuetral eye shadow base color thingy. It helps keep it on so u dont have to reapply it. and then I do some lip liner or lip gloss I think you know how to apply that. If you dont just experiment. Experiment with everything. Make up is alot of fun so have fun.
Ps.I found out that using Bonnie Bell eyeliner soft tip is the best eyeliner out there and its cheap and when ur done with ur eyeliner apply a little powder right under neath to prevent smearing. AND DON'T RUB YOUR EYES LOL.
