ok im 13 and schools about to start, im 4ft11in and 80 pounds, nd evrone tells me that thats fine for my hight, but i wanna loose some wieght before school start im pretty skinny but the top of my legs and my stomache have some excess fat, that i want to get rid of, schools about 2.5 weeks away! please help me and tell me any excersices or diets tht u would suggest to loose weight in the areas i mentioned! i want to look good for schhol! please help me asap! i will rate high! thnx!

You're at such a young age,your weight and height will change so much!!If anything I would recommend gaining a couple of pounds for your health.As for the "trouble spots" you feel you have,if you want to work on them,exercise!!!Sit-ups,crunches,and even an ab-roller is great for your upper and lower abs.For your legs,hit that treadmill!!Or the pavement,depending on the weather where you live,lol! School is about to start! :) Well...what you need to do, is get active in your own diet. Eat foods you still like, but minimize the portions. I don't believe in the Atkins or anything like that, because that makes you just as more unhealthy. Ya know what I mean. Do some sit ups every morning, get active...start running or riding your bike every single day. Till you can't take any more. Then, each day you do it...you mark it on your calender..how many you did. So...each day you get more and more...and when school starts, you'll still want to do more and more and you'll keep staying in shape and loosing all of that "excess BEAUTY faT"! For your stomach, do 20 crunches before you go to sleep and 20 crunches when you wake up. Crunches will help tone it down. Also don't drink too many fizz drinks, the fizz will add to your stomach bulge, and avoid drinking through a straw because it puts in excess air in your stomach.
