I love chicken caeser salads.

Ingredients: Lettuce, carrots, cheddar-cheese bits, bacon bits, cut-up chicken pieces, and low fat caesar dressing.

Drink a glass of water or orange juice with it. I hope I helped! If you need any other meal suggestions, just ask me! =)

If u want to loose weight, it's very simple. All u must do is eat yogurt and any other kind of less fattening dairy products, and drink A LOT of water. Also, to lead up with ur diet, do crunches every night (but make sure u only g as far as u can, don't push, and keep ur head looking up at the ceiling so there's no hurting urself) and maybe a few push ups if u can;-) if u can't, don't worry, alot of girls aren't able to do them too well, but with practice, u can! Just stay safe and don't strain, u'll loose in in just a few weeks!

A good lunch would prob. be a salad. But you'd get sick of it . YOu can by fat free coldcuts or buy Smart Ones. They have all different kinds of food .. you may not like all of them but there should be some that you like. You just pop them in a microwave. haha .. Good luck hope i helped!

My favorite lunch is salad with tomato, carrots, romaine and fat free ranch dressing and grapes or canteloupe.
In my opinion, raw fruits and vegetables make the best lunch. They're fresh, good for you and they just make you feel good because you know you're eating healthy.
What you could do is next time you go grocery shopping, buy some of your favorite kinds of fruit and veggies (i always get red grapes, canteloupe, baby carrots and cucumbers). When you get them home, slice them up and put them in little baggies. When you're hungry, you just grab a little baggy of fruit or veggies to snack on. You still get that "quick tasty snack" experience you get with things like chips and junk, but it's good for you.
Best of luck!

{I'M EDITING BECAUSE I DIDN'T ANSWER COMPLETELY}
Okay. Sometimes you want something heartier than a salad right? Sandwiches with fat-free condiments are also a good alternative. Use whole-wheat bread, lettuce and tomato so that the sandwich feels like something you can REALLY bite into but isn't too fattening.
