I'm trying to lose a little weight and I'm hungry right now. What are some healthy snacks I can eat?

any type of fruit & cheese sticks are a healthy snack. fat free jello pudding or yogurt is good too. basically anything low in carbs, calories, and fat.

You should try fruit salad, or regular salad, try veggies and dip, another way to lose weight is to go running and go to the gym and exersize. Those might help.. also smoothies and malts are good. Stay away frum fast food and greesy foods

Filipino fruit salad... this isnt how ur originally supposed to make it... i use sum substitues cuz the original ingridents r fattening

...either get a can of fruit cocktail or cut sum of ur favorite fruits... add a lil bit of 1 percent or skim milk about half a cup ( how much u need depends on how much fruit u r using, the more fruit the more milk you'll need ) and add fat free or lowfat whip cream and mix it all up... i think this snack is really yummy

carrots and other veggies/pickles/fruits/light popcorn/drink water to fill you up/cereal...buy some lowfat snacks ~ they really don't taste bad!! doritos and other chips now make baked versions that taste just as good and there are also some low fat icecreams you can buy!
