I LOVE MY DOG!!!!
I love my dog a ton!!! How can i make it so she lives as long as possible. What can i do to help her?

PLay with her- feed her a healthy brand of food- stay away from table food its unhealthy- take her to vet checkups every once in a while- make sure she has worm medicine

bring her to the vet as much as possible, like twice a month, also just love her as much as you can!

keep her on a good diet (don't let her eat too much or too little) and walk her daily...don't let her become a fat old dog that can barley walk....some dogs live to be around 20 years old!...don't worry about when she'll die...enjoy her while you got her! :) hope i helped

just take care of her. take her for walks and buy her the best food. but everything dies so it's inevatible. so just let her be a dog.

the best way to keep a dog heathy is to play with her everyday and feed her the food shes supposed to eat not table food for humans but of course once in a while u can feed her frum the table just not alot !

Dont feed her table scraps. Take her on runs/walks often. And if you don't want to spend the money sending her to a groomey: Give her baths. Cut her nails. Brush her teeth. And <b>Most Importantly,</b> give her <b>LOTS</b> of love! What kind of dog is it? I have a 3 year old Toy Fox Terrier. I hope I helped! <3 Steph

Well my family put my dog in a helmet.
That way our dog could run into all the walls it wanted to without gettin' hurt.
It was a prevenative measure to make sure that the dog doesn't lose any critical brain cells.
Secondly, we beat the crap out of it if it ever ran near a car.
We didn't want it to get ran over.
Lastly, we bathed it every day.
My dog Max lived to be 26 in human years.

Feed it,give it fresh water,give it flea and tick medicine. Make sure it doesn't like to chase the UPS man. I lost my little Jack Russell because he had a UPS fetish.

Feed her the appropriate dog formula, for example, I have a large rottweiler, so I feed him Nutro large breed senior formula. If you have an old dog, feed her senior diet, if she's a puppy, feed her puppy diet. If she has skin problems, they have foods for that also. I also walk my dog at least four times a day to ensure that he gets enough exercise. If your dog is overweight then she will not have as long of a life. Do not feed her people food, especially food that has spices on it, because dogs react much different than humans. Feeding your dog a hamburger from mcdonalds is the equivalent of eating a hamburger shaped tub of lard. DO NOT FEED HER CHOCOLATE. A small amount of chocolate can kill a dog.
Brush her teeth, or at least buy her special teeth cleaning bones. Buy her dog vitamins. Make sure she is groomed and kept comfortable in the hot weather. And take her to the Vet regularly so that they can check for any problems that you would be able to get rid of.
Also buy some dog books on the specific breed that she is, or, if she's a mixed breed, buy books on mixed breeds, or on whatever the prominent breed of your dog is.

something we do to keep my dog healthier is feed him carrots as treats instead of bones (the vet told us to) ~ they're healthy and my dog loves them!

really all you can do to let your dog live as long as possible is jus feed her right,go for walks,play with her,occasional vet appt's. yah know jus keep her stayin healthy. if you want her to live a long happy life
