Does he give you hints that he likes you? Like always by you, flirting with you, smiling, etc.? If he does, there is a slight chance he may like you. Just try flirting, smiling, laughing, being around him, etc. so he knows that you like him, if he still doesn't get the hint, you may have to tell him you like him. Which, its okay!!
