Help me!! im 14 i weigh 124 pounds and i have a slight tummy and muscular thighs.. but i need to know how to lose about 10 pounds.. can anyone help me!!

I have a few suggestions for you. First off, watch your calorie intake. Don't eat past 7pm and if you need snacks then snack on fruits or veggies. Secondly, you want to exercise. Walking in your neighborhood for at least a half hour a day is good. Also, other things you can do are leg lifts. For those, you lay on one side and bring your leg up and down. I recommend starting out with 30 on each leg but if that's too easy then definitely do more. Another thing you can do are arm curls. For those, if you have small weights those can be helpful and you bring your arms down in front of you and keeping your elbows still you bring the weights to your chest. Try doing 50 on each arm. Also, crunches and situps will help you too. One last thing I recommend is stretching before you go to bed. It helps actually because stretching will help you to sleep better and you burn fat while you sleep. I hope this helps and good luck!

Sweety your 14 and you weigh 124 pounds that is good! but if you really need to know how to lose 10 pounds here is how, eat the right foods like apples and bananas and stuff like that! NO chocolate and junk food! Exercise often and try to do it every morning and right before you go to bed and i love to walk around with my friends every nite around 7:00 around town so walking is a great facter! just eat right and exercise often and hun you will lose 10 pounds in a few weeks! Oh and one more thing do NOT starve yourself because as soon as you do and then eat food after starving you will GAIN pounds! ]

try going to the ymca or a local gym! stay there 4 about an hour or untill u feel like u have done enuff for the day! exercise exercise n exercise!

someone here doesnt know what theyre talking about- drinking water HELPS you lose weight- also eat low fat low calorie foods and run and do sit-ups, hopefully that will help you out! ]

cut carbs (bread, pasta) and exercise. go on walks, run outside or on the treadmill, dance, ect. just don't overdo it. good luck!!! send me a message if you need more help.

hey chick, you dont need to lose weight! you sound skinny enough! LoL :) but if you really want to then i suggest that you can eat healthy (fruits & veggies) and exercise like runnin, crunches, sit ups and WALKING!! and you will start to lose the weight in about a week or two! ]
Don't drink water.
Losing water weight is easy.
Next I recommend taking a lot of laxatives.
Then you'll be dehydrated and you'll have lost your ten pounds.

running helps a lot. you should try going for some miles every morning or so ]
eat healthy exercise n add some running
in freakin 2 or 3 weeks that 10 pounds will b gone! xoxo effy ]
