if you drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, that actually burns some calories.. not a LOT, but still.. plus water flushes out all the bad stuff in your body.. and when you're working out, drink some water before you start, and keep drinking it during your workout, and even more after you're done. if you get dehydrated, you won't have enough energy to put a full effort into your workout. water won't make you gain all the weight back, it might make you bloated for a bit, but that's it..

You can drink as much as you want, just as long as it's water. Propel Fitness Water also is very good. Propel gives you the energy you need as well as quenching your thirst. Eat healthy, try to sleep at least 8 hours a day, and burn more calories than you take in, and you're on your way towards a slimmer body! Hope I helped!

silly goose water has no calories and is really good for you especially when u excersise. the more the better. water actually flushes out fat and waste and crap in your body so it helps u lose weight. Also excersising boosts your metabolism meaning u can lose weight faster. so good for you. Also if u want to lose weight stay away from sodas and high sugar content drinks. if u r like me though and r addicted to soda diet coke is the best way to go but only every once in a while if u want the best results. good luck!

luckly, water won't make you gain weight. It's a lot better to drink than gatorade..powerade..stuff like that. If you're thirsty, ALWAYS drink water. Whether you've been working out or not. It's one of the best drinks for you.
