excercise, whatever kind suits u best. dont drink soda, instead always drink water, its good n healthy. dont starve urself tho, just eat only when ur hungry n start eating less, not till ur so full.

Omfg I was just outside, and its raining really hard. I was just sitting out in the rain. Is there somthing wrong with that?????? Ok, my friend is 18 and his girlfriend is 19. She is a virgin and has never done anything with anyone else before. So he told me they were talking and she wants to lose her virginity to him. He said exact words "I don't know what to do because it can't fit in" then he explained that he can't even get his fingers in and her been trying but he doesn't want to hurt her. LoL. omg u must really be ignorant. water doesnt make u gain anything. the more u drink the better. n even if u didnt know that, which u should. havent u heard to drink LOTS before working out? the worst thing to do when excercising is dehydrate.

i dont think so. i htink 3 years is the best limit in teen years. i went out with someone wen i was 15, he was 18. i think its fine, but hmm ur parents... well try to convince them that nothing will change, ur grades will b good n u will b responsible. also add in that many guys ages 15-16 are dumbasses. cuz honestly, its those who try to get sex more cuz they havent had it yet
