8 pounds.... i was overweight for a long time and now i am only 8 pounds away from my goal weight. but these last few pounds just WONT COME OFF!!! >__< what should i do?

Relax, firstly. ^_^
At the end of a weight-loss thing, you may plateau out - get stuck at a certain weight for awhile. Just be patient and don't do anything drastic. That weight will probably come off slowly.

juzt keep exersizing and eating healthy and then eventually u will lose 8 pounds.

GREAT job on ur weight loss. The smaller the amount if weight u want to lose the harder it is. Since 8 pouds isnt very much it takes longer. Keep eating healthy and excersizing, and maybe kick it up a notch. More excersizing ect. good luck and great job! ]
excersise, excersise, excersise..!!!! forget about starving yourself, or throwing up. that will only make you gain weight b/c anything.. absulutly ANTHING you eat..your body will take in and it will cause you to gain more. so i would just say eat nothing but salads, low-fat yogurt... I lost about 8 pounds last year when I gave up red meat.And I haven't eaten it since. The best advice I can give you is to give up all red meat i.e.pork, steak...no more bacon...cheeseburgers, ribs. Trust me.Giving up fatty meat is so good for your body + you'd be saving about 40 animals a year. Eat lean meat, like fish and chicken. ]
You should work hard try not to eat to much bread or junk food and work out this will help you lose that last bit of weight. ]
start running 2 miles a day and it should work :) ]
my aunt has the same problem - she's lost so much weight and is now 10 pnds from her goal ~ she told me that she knows the reason she's stuck is that she can't get herself to exercise, so maybe you have the same problem...sooooo exercise! lol ride bikes, take walks, join a gym, be active! ]
most people when trying to lose weight will hit a plateau. Its because your gaining muscle mass. Muscle weighs more than fat so you might be stuck at this weight for a little bit of time but you should be down to your goal weight within a few months and congrats on getting this close to your goal weight ]
That is great- u shud keep up the great work. You probably hear this all the time but it does work. Just 30 min. - 1 hr. of exercising a day and eating less junk food will help u loose some of those extra pounds. But still eat please!! Not eating meat will make u loose about 3 or more pounds!! Good Luck!! Keep it up!!
