headaches.....

my friends and i frequently get headaches at the most inopportune times, upon which we dont have aspirin or anything. what is an effective way to lessen a headache considerably using only your own two hands?

if you pinch in between your thumb and pointer finger on your left hand there is a pressure point or whatever and its connected to your head and if you pinch it it helps get your headache down...but a simpler way is to just carry medicine in your pocket or purse...

You take your hand and put it on thr back of your head facing up and your hand on ur forehead with your fingers facing up and pull in and push up.. i swear my friend did it to me at cheer and it WORKS! rate me plz xoxo!

it sounds wierd but i normally put my head down..like upside down n rub the back of my neck...idk y but it works haha!! or u culd rub the sides of ur head or something. hope this helps!!

sometimes wat i do is i just take my 2 index fingers and put them on the side of my forehead and rotate ur fingers on ur skin...if thats not confusing...it helps relax all the nerves and stuff..hope i helped!

when you get a headache use your index and thumb and squeeze that part of skin inbetween your thumb and index on the other hand for 15 secs. I don't know how this works but it does its some acupunture point and its been around for years
