what is the best way to lose about 10 pounds fairly quickly? i am 14 years old so i dont have acsess to many things

the best thing to do is run/jog. also snack on fruits and veggies!!! yummy! lol. drink LOTS AND LOTS of water, which will REALLY help..

Well stuff like this takes time so i'll do the best I can. First you can run twice a day everyday. Next you can eat healthier. Like in the morning have some life cereal or rasin brain with some bananas. Drink water with ever meal. For lunch you can have a salad with very little salad dressing or none at all. And for dinner you can have some normal food. Just ask your mom or dad or whoever cooks in your house to make some vegtables as a side or a salad. If your having meat and whoever cooks it likes to put seasonings on it ,tell them to leave your peice or a portion of the seasonings off it. But do not have any kind of snacks. The only time I would say its okay to eat fating food is on a holiday or invited to someone elses house to eat. Don't make it a habit. When you go out to eat get something healthier than usual but don't get a salad if you don't want to. get something like chicken or a sandwhich even. I know I wrote alot but this will help you and lose alot weight in a short time. Maybe a week or two at the most.

eat alot of salad n drink alot of water..ull lose about 10 lbs in a week or 2 bc it helps ur body get rid of ur excess waters n fluids. also u can go walking/jogging/running ]

I recommend going out and walking in your neighborhood and doing a few exercies. You should do crunches or situps and do as many of those as you can. Also, you can do leg lifts. Those are where you lay to one side and prop your head up with your hand and then bring your leg up and down. I recommend starting out with 30 for each leg. If that's too easy then do more. Also, you can do arm curls. Basically, for those you get small weights if you have them and then bring them down in front of you. Keeping your elbows still you bring the weights up to your chest. You should do as many of those as you can. Stretching right before going to bed helps as long as you don't eat past 7pm because as you're sleeping that's when you burn fat too and stretching will help you to sleep better. As far as eating, I would just watch your calorie intake and like I said don't eat past 7pm. And, if you need snacks before meals, you should eat fruits and veggies. I hope this helps and good luck!

well u should not eat junk food if u do and go to golds gym and work out if htta dose not work then do no be so dissaponted beacause who cares what u look like its whats in side that matters i hope i hellped ]
go for daily walks and eat healthy things only but dont skip meals it doesnt help i read about that it makes u fatter and jog a few times a week and just be active like if u are with your friends dont just watch tv go run around outside and have fun.GOOD LUCK ]

You could always try a diet? Exercising is really good too like sit ups and crunches. Maybe try running/walkin and swimming. Hope i helped <3 Sara ]
well you can go online and search for ways but i do no that if you drink 24 oz of milk in a 24 hour day then you should lose weight and if you eat healthy food like veggies and fruits you ciould lose a few pounds hope i helped
or you can do as many sit ups when you are watching tv during the commercial
