can sum ppl tell me sum do's and don'ts
i kno that ill have friends goin to my high skool,and im pretty outgoin, so i know that ill make new friends too, but i was woderin wut r sum good ways to make friends, and wut r Do's and Don'ts when it comes to high skool and peer pressure

jus be yourself and have fun, high skool isn't all it's cracked up to be, it's not as hard as sum ppl make it out, it's actually fun!! or so my sister says :-)

DONTS:
dont get involved with drugs...in high school drugs are everywhere. Be yourself and dont lose your values to please people who dont really care about you. Stay away from the bad crowds and you will be fine.

just be yourself! i started high school last year and althoguh it seems like a scary thign at frist it really isnt! once you finally get down where your classes are you are good to go! dont worry about doing somethign wrong. just be yourslef and im sure you will eb fine. if you relaly wants some do''s and dont's tho her you go
do- be outgoing, tis the best way to make new friends. join in sports, clubs and things of that sort.. hte more involved you are the better off you'll be. wiht guys, dont do anyhting you dont want to do. if a guy asks you out adn u dont want to go out with him say no. NEVER worry abotu your reputation
dont's- dont be the shy chick in teh corner. don't get distracted too easily in clases. high school is a lot tougher than grammar school (trust me!=) ) dont start rumors or thigns like that and remember that gossip is NEVER a good thing. dont elt wat people say get to you cuz there are always going to be poeple who dont like you.. jsut ignore em!!!

Alright, some do's and don'ts
High school is basically the most overly exaggerated, dramatized, and pressured situation you will ever find yourself in. People will blow things out of proportion for 4 years strait, and you will look back and laugh. The best thing to Do is to stay calm, chill out, it Really isn't as bad as people make it out to be. Friends will come to you if you are confident in yourself, stand tall, and Do Not BY ANY MEANS join in on the idiotic games the people of high school tend to play. By this I mean, do not get into drama involving relationships, do not get in between people when they are fighting, it’s best to just stay out of things like that. Do be as supportive as you can, be nice to people, and try not to be cocky or overly dramatic. Peer pressure is just a bitch, don't buy into it. You may get the illusion that doing a bunch of drugs and sleeping with the football team will get you friends. This is a big mistake, you might be more popular for a few minutes, but soon after you do something like this everyone will begin to mock you. My suggestion? Make friends the real way, by being nice, confident, and supportive.
And remember, stay out of the drama.

great ways to meet people are to get really involved in school activities!!! join clubs and things like that! as far as do's and dont's....always be friendly to people you meet....dont try to be somebody your not or dont try to impress older classmen.....always wlak with your head up...never look like your in a hurry to go somewhere(esp when your a freshman!!!!) be very friendly snd outgoing....DONT DITCH YOUR FRIENDS FOR A CUTE GUY WHO WANTS TO GET WITH YOU!!!! friends first!!! oh and that saying "keep your friends close and your enimies closer"...keep that in mind...people do some really mean stuff in highschool to get back at people if you make them mad....thats pretty much it...just walk in the dorrs and act like you own the place!!!
