im pretty sure the only good thing about sweat is for cleanin pores, and helpin u get well when ur sick (like if u have a bunch of blankets on u, u sweat out the sickness or sumthin like that...old remedy)
then again it all depends on the sweat

When you jump on the scale right after you have been sweating it may look like you lost a little weight but really you just dont have as much water in your body.
