Yes if you sweat you will sweat off water which in turn causes you to loose weight. ]

im pretty sure the only good thing about sweat is for cleanin pores, and helpin u get well when ur sick (like if u have a bunch of blankets on u, u sweat out the sickness or sumthin like that...old remedy)

Well this is off topic, but one thing I admire is a fat chick who doesn't sweat much.

No. When you sweat you loose water. When you jump on the scale right after you have been sweating it may look like you lost a little weight but really you just dont have as much water in your body. When you drink something the weight comes back. (( that doesnt meen dont drink anything! That would not be good.)) ]
