hey do you have any ideas on how to lose weight fast over summer?

DONT DO DIET STUFF!!!! doesnt work sometimes makes it worse.look ALOT of exercise runnin or walkin eat healthy not alot of junk food its ok ocasionally but fruits cut off on soda drink mostly sports drinks n LOTS OF WATER..im really into this stuff im a runner so if u have ne question or nething fill free to ask me

omg tons! swimming is number 1! and try to run even a few laps around your neighborhood a few times a week. or even just walking a lot. walk ur dog (if u have one) go to the mall and shop until ur legs hurt. and my favorite that works really well: do 50-500 crunches every night before bed (rock hard abs baby!) these totally work. do em with a friend and have fun with em!

Hey, all you have to do is eat really healthy, like fruits for breakfest and not alot of breads. Also, stay active, dont sit on you butt and watch tv and eat chips. Try to go out with friends and hang out!

Run. Try going for 15 minutes 3 times a week, and then eventually try for longer so you're running for about half an hour and more frequently. It's always a pain to get started because after the first time you go, you really don't want to do it again. So if you have an image in your head of want you want to look like at the end of summer, keep thinking of that so you'll be motivated to keep running. Second, try to cut back on things like pasta, bread and rice. If you do have those things, only have the suggested serving size. Drink tons of water because it flushes out all the bad stuff in your body and also burns a few calories if you drink enough. And no junk!

1 Eat 6 little meals a day
2 eat fruits and veggies
3 do 300 crunches and 50 situps every day
4 RUN RUN RUN..running helps you lose weight everywhere..if you dont like running outside..try the treadmill at a gym
5 play sports..ne sport can help
A little tip..losing weight takes alot of will power..tell yourself NO when you see something that is fattening or is bad for you

try some crunches, situps, and especcially running.
eat healthy, and if you already do, try taking smaler portions of whatever you're eating.
again, make sure you excersie alot (also running up and down the stairs, and arm circles).

eat less food, or just smaller portion
eat healthier foods!!
sports
hangin outside, playing games where u run a lot
