Tell her to please stop. Tell her it is annoying but don't be mean to her. If that don't work, just ignore her.

I wish I could say I dont have a friend like this... but I do. Now, dont get me wrong, this friend of mine is an absolute sweetheart byut she is a little (no wait, A LOT) on the annoying side... the next time your friend makes a noise or something, try re-explaining yourself. Say something like, "Remember that talk we had about..." Follow that up with, "I dont want to hurt your feelings but..."

I wish you all the luck in the world,

well you might want to tell her that you have been getting tired of it and she needs to get rid of making noises and to get over that and do something new...

Maybe get everyone to tell her how annoying she is? If she keeps it up maybe its time to move on without her =
