Well when I had sex for the 1st time I didnt bleed at all and most people dont!!! For my boyfriend he didnt even notice that i was a virgin it was just tight for him ...for me the only way he knew was because i was so unexperinced with sex that i didnt know what i was doing lol but its more that a guy knows he devirginized you more then "he popped your cherry."

well chances if you wear tampons your cherry is already popped.. a lot of people say thats only when u ride a horse with a tampon in but most girls it does the first time you put in a tampon.. dont worry he cant feel it anyway

Don't believe what the others told you. You could bleed down south without having sex, like when you do gymnastic/splits, horseback ride, those kind of stuff.

I'd guess that he'd know he "popped your cherry" 'cause of the way it'd feel for him. I'm not sure, but I'd think so, wouldn't you? Blood doesn't go EVERYWHERE, but a lot of girls bleed. It's like having your period, but with real blood instead of menstrual blood.

To your question, no he won't be able to tell that your a virgin physical. You may spot slightly, but nothing heavy like your period, you most likely will not even notice. If you use tampons, you might have already "popped your cherry." Your lack of experiance may make him wonder though.
Your first time should be a wonderful experiance, not something you have to hide.
