What can I do to take my mind off this guy?

I did not know what category to put this under...
Ok it seems that I'm always at least half way depressed. I just stay stressed out. School, friends, family...and mainly this guy. But also, little things happen. I spill my drinks all the time...cut myself shaving all the time...trip and fall...stuff like that. What are some things I can do to take my mind off this guy? B/c he's what makes me so stressed out. So what can I do just not to worry so much and to be in a better mood? And not let little things get to me?

find a hobby. reading music art even get on here and answer questions. little things can temporarly get your mind off things. long term maybe set goals in your life and work toward them. maybe even set up plans each week you would want to do and look foward to all week. always have something to look foward to or work for allows you to have alittle something good in your life. if it is as small as going to get ice cream with a friend on a friday night. or movie nights by your self but make sure its your favorite movie

I go with katlyn. Try doing the things you love doing like hanging out with friends or any of your other hobbies. Also if you would like to get closer to this guy (as in know him better) then maybe you should gradualy start talking to him, texting him, hanging out with him, and learning more about him, then you never know maybe you might find out that he's had the same emotions for you this whole time! I really truly hope I helped!! =)

Just try relaxing yourself listen to music, bake, read, write just do whatever makes you feel relaxed and just have fun with friends or join a team of sports or dance or something that will keep you occupied and once you do that your mind will be diverted also try getting a job or working on hw or something anything to keep yourself busy should help also try going out and meeting new guys who knows maybe you will someone new that will make you feel special and will love you.

Alittle psychology trick... Self Talk. To do this.. first think about something good.. something that makes you happy.. and when you start thinking about him and all your stress hits you.. say to yourself... WAIT.. and repeat what makes you happy. Another alternative... get rid of the guy! Guys are supposed to make us happy.. not give us stress which makes us unhappy. Hope this helps....

Depressing isn't fun, huh? Guys can be dumb huh!? ERR. But, try going out and having fun and try not to think about things so much, like the things that will get you mad. Try going to other peoples houses, partys, the mall, an amusement park, anything that is fun to you. Because once you're busy, that gets things off your mind. And when something is bothering you, try talking to someone that you trust. So then, that'll atleast be off your chest also! Hope this helps!

im going through the same problem. just do anything that makes u happy. relax, hang with ur friends. dont do anything that will remind u of him. just let it go.

Heres my advice: try to hang out with your friends more often and start to go out places more often to try to get your mid off everything, espically this guy thats stressing you out. Maybe if it continues go to a doctor to see if you have depression...

Babe if you are stressing about a guy, the only thing to do is to get him off your mind! Don't even try to be friendsd with him cuz it will just put moe on your mind. I think every teen is stressed out by school, but keep up. Get your friends to comfort you when you are at yout lowest. And cutting yourself shaving... HURTS! But, just go slow and use alot of shaving cream, believe me it HELPS! Hope I helped and if you need anything else IM me at kissxme321 and rate me plz! Hope things get better!

What i do ,. to get my ex off my mind is hang out with my best of friends. It always works and i always feel so much better just to get a good laugh or do sumtin crazy.. go to the mall, movies, beach, or Just go out to eat,. Maybe u can tell this guy that he has been putting alot of stress on you? are u going out with hiM? if so, then maybe u need a break to focus on other important things,. try to be best friends with him instead so you can tell him everything. Get involve with sports. you shouldnt let little things get to y0u ,. just chill and be cool with it.~ i hope it works,.. rate me if u like teh advice =)
