my neighbor and i are really really good frineds and everytime i am around him i feel like the world has just stopped and i get this werid feelin inside of me do u think i like him

So, try telling him you like him or give him the hint or something. But, sometimes boys are clueless so you have to like just come out and say it. So just be like "I know we're close friends and everything, but I've began to develop a crush on you, do you feel the same about me too?" Say something like that. It doesn't have to be the exact words, but just tell him how you feel about him! Good luck hun!
