Well every High School is different. But in High School there are so many people there. You just have to be friendly and outgoing and make sure you talk to people. I was the same way as you, I was friends with the popular group but I'm not saying I was popular I was just friends with them and once I got to High School I didn't know what to expect. But there is nothing to worry about really. Its kinda like middle school, except its bigger and a lot more people lol. But in my school we really dont have a group we really consider the "popular group". But I would just say, talk to everyone, be friendly and outgoing. And just go from there. I mean you already have friends to begin with so you'll meet the people they meet and they'll meet the people you meet and you'll be meeting tons of new people. Hope I helped. Have fun in High School and all those trips you are taking!!! lol.

xoxo Kourtney

Don't worry about it. You should have some friends that are going to be freshman as well, right? Well, hang with them. You should still be as popular as you were. And since you'll be away most of the summer, you should get your friends phone or cell numbers and addresses so you can keep in contact with them.

Don't worry about it! You were a popular girl in MS and you will be in HS. Just stay in contact with all your friends by phone/email/IM and any other way you can. So just go right to school the first day and be yourself and be confident and talk a lot. You can make even more friends at the very end. :-)

Don't worry about your popularity in high school-i its not what's important. Focus on being content with who you are, not what others think. Focus on your future-- don't blow off your classes just to look cool. High school is the time when people are supposed to grow up, at least a little bit. Being popular shouldn't be as important as making true friends and good grades, bceause those are the things that matter after you graduate. I guarantee high school will be one of the best experiences of your life, if you handle it well.

High School is basically a bigger version of Jr.High!!! It really is!Expect all the usual gossip, rumors, cliques, couples, nasty cafeteria food, annoying teachers, and entirely too big assingments!Hahaha!I was slightly afraid when I became a Freshman too,but really it's not as big and scary as it seems now from a distance.Don't worry about your popularity,I'm sure that it will hold up into this school year, and you'll get a chance to meet all kinds of new people, that maybe you wouldn't have ever been exposed to before! There will always be the meanies and the jerks, hehe, but keep your head held high,do your best in school, and just be your charming self!Hehehe ;) You'll be just fine hunnie!
