wut r some good exersices that will make u lose weight in ur stomach lol sorry i dont know how to describe it but newayz.. im a gymnast so i mean i condition but that doesnt seem to do alot well it does but i dont do it enuf i mean i already do sit-ups crunches and push-ups every night wut other things could i do?! thanx!

Do 40 Sit-ups
Turn Your Legs To The Left And Do 40 More
Turn YOur Legs To The Right And Do 40 More
Put Your Legs Up In The Air And Do 40 More
Put Your legs In A Wall Sit Kind Of Position And Again Do 40
