Running or getting an elliptical stationary bike or going to the gym to use it will do a lot for you i burned 200 calories on the bike everyday it took me about an hour everyday and it made a huge difference not only in my stomach/abs/love handles but also in my legs it also makes your body a lot stronger i really suggest it.
