JenSparkles answered Friday June 25 2004, 12:26 am: Insomnia = basically everything everybody already said. Lots of people have it and don't know it. I have it, however, and my sleep cycle is usually about three to six hours long.
Siren_Cytherea answered Friday June 25 2004, 12:23 am: Insomnia is a really annoying sleeping disorder. It prevents the sufferer from falling asleep, and if the person does fall asleep, this disorder wakes them frequently. It also prevents the insomniac from having a "normal" sleep cycle.
I have insomnia. My sleep cycle goes: sleep at 4:30am. wake at 12 or 2pm. Lol.

failure_by_design answered Thursday June 24 2004, 11:06 pm: I believe it is when someone has a hard time trying to fall asleep. Its basically a sleeping disorder. The definition of insomnia is a chronic inability to fall asleep or remain asleep for an adequate length of time. I hope i helped. If you have any questions feel free to ask!
