Well if you two arent friends then you better go over to him and talk to each other and become good friends so that when you both get tight enough you can ask him out of maybe he will ask you out........so joke around with him make him laugh and maybe he will become totaly absessed with you!!! well chick u need to get to know him better and hang out with each other in groups first then after awhile ask if he wants to go somewhere together. take it slow with him, dont rush things cuz it may not be meant to be. flirt with him but not obsessivly.good luck!!
