I feel fat Im 13 and im like 5'3 and i weigh 110.I dont know if thats normal are not but it makes me feel bad when im with guys and i sit down there is like a huge thing of fat om my stomach..and my thighs omg they are huge!!Does anyone know what i can do?

DUDE... I'm 5'3" and I weigh 130. I can honsetly tell you that I am not fat, and I'm definately not trying to be conceted.
What your seeing as huge is normal. ]
First off, that stomach thing is normal- it's called your skin. Without it, it's really painful to do things such as reaching for stuff. You need it and yes you are normal. Very normal. And your thighs are the same way. When you sit down, muscles relax and sort of spread out. If you're really serious about it, keep your legs/knees off the chair and your feet in front of you. And if you want (It is nice) then tone up by excersizing. But all of that is normal. And forget about the guys, they'll like you more for your confidence and self respect than a flat stomach and thighs that aren't "huge". ]
im 16 and im 5'2 and i weigh 98 pounds, i dunno what to answer to your question really. just excercise and eat healthy :D

first of all thats normal weight. your not over weight or anything. if you feel fat just try to eat healthier and work out a little in the areas that you think need it. dont over do it tho. you arent over weight or even close. dont do anything unhealthy. its also nice ot talk to your doctor about it because he can help you do exactly what you need to do with the specific part of your body your not happy with! ]
Oh my god 110 and 13 is perfectly normal once you reach 178 then start complaning. You dont need to loose weight please dont become anerexic by stop eating. That is a big sickness dont loose weight try to gain it. ]
Don't feel fat. That will lead to many self confidence issues, and eating disorders. Be happy for who you are and accept your appearance. If you really want to lose weight though, I would suggest getting your tonsils out. I just got mine out less than a week ago and I lost 15 lbs. Also, the fat flab on your stomach and inside of your legs is normal. All normal girls have that flab, so I wouldn't worry about it too much. If that flab goes away then you're probably too skinny. ]
You are not fat, you just need to tone you body. Do crunches and sit-ups for your stomach. 100 a day 6 times a week. Do reps of 20 throught the day to make it easier on yourself. And do sqwats for your thighs. ]
you are not only normal you are small... I think that perhaps you judge yourself too harshly. I know women shorter than you who would kill to weigh that little. ]
