A good way to get over an ex is to go out of the house more. That's how I got over my ex. I would go to the mall with my friends( and wear something SEXY) and other guys would try to talk to me letting me know I still had it. Exercising is good for getting over an ex because it's relaxing. If that person got on your nerves, sometimes being around them can make you realize why they are your ex. Talk to other guys (guy friends, possible boyfriends, etc.). Getting over an ex can be quite easy if you're very confident about yourself andknow who you are. ok well me and my bf say we love each other and have been 2gether for a while... but he told me he still has feelings for his x *loves her still* but i no tht he loves me and i no tht they were 2gether for a long tym but she treated him so badly and it hurts me 2 no tht and so i dont no y he loves her but i no being 2gether tht long tht he is still gonna have feelngs for her... so can someone help me out w/ some suggestions on how 2 talk 2 him about this, and should i be jealous tht he still has feelings for her? I wouldn't say you should be jealous, but rather hurt. If he really loved you, why would he still have feelingsfor his ex? maybe he loves the thought of being in love with you. You should ask him what about his ex does he loves so much that he could possibly jeopardize your relationship by telling you so? I hope things really work out for you here.

Get to know each of them more and slowly eliminate the ones who don't fit your description. Rememeber: NEVER settlefor anything less and stick with your first decsion. Good luck! I was in the same predicament myself and some of the guys true colors showed. It won't be easy if you say they are as gorgeous as you say they are. And don't get so caught up in a guys looks that you don't care what his personality is like.

I'm going to tell you what I woulddo because I'm a very confident person. I would take her somewhere by herself and ask her how she feels about me. From that point, you can decideon whether you should tell her how you feel about her. If you do, tell her that you hope the way you feel about her doesn't affect your friendship because you like having her as a friend and that you just couldn't keep how you felt inside because tomorrow is not promised. Ok, im 12 and i weigh about 150-160 and im 5'9 but i dont look fat, but my fat goes to my legs(thighs mostly) and now its starting to get to my belly and i want to lose weight but nothing works for me. i tried excercising,doesnt work, dieting, i get too hungry , and i dont know what else to do to lose weight! i only look fat in shorts and my bikini, but i like to wear those clothes and i cant cuz my legs are fat. Honey, exercising does work. I'm 5'4 and I weigh almost 14lbs! I've been exercising and it works. You just have to eat right when you exercise if you wanna lose weight or tone up. Eating the same foods you've been eating isn't gonna help any. You don't have to diet, just change your eating habits. Cut back on some of the greasy and fatty foods. Good luck with it honey!

You need to listen to your heart on this one. You gotta ask yourself is he worth it? Do you really love him that much to forgive him? Ask him why he cheated on you(even though there is no right answer for this). If you love him that much as to forgive him, then you go ahead girl! But if not, then he's learned his lesson. He needs to know that he can't cheat on you and expect you to automatically forgive him. He has to earn your trust back. Make him aware of that. Good luck, girl!

Talk to her and ask her why she's blocking you. Or why does she dislike you that way. If she has no intention of trying to talk to you like that, then you need to try to forget her. you can't hang onto someone who doesn't have the same feelings for you. You're only setting yourself up for a heartbreak and you don't want one of those, now do you? Your best bet is to talk to her over the phone or if you know any of her friends, have one of them talk to her for you if you feel like she may hang up on you. Good luck!

Well, what did you and your friend talk about? it depends on what you talked about. Find out what triggered her to talk to you like that, but beware, she still may be kind of upset. Disregard the remarks she said about you. Yo know you are better than that.

Well sweetie, you need to get over being nervous. If you really want to talk to him, then you're gonna have to get over your nervousness. In your mind, go over what you want to say to him, it may help you out. I used to be nervous to talk to guys that I liked because I had nothing to say and I thought that they wouldn't like me. But then I thought to myself,"I have nothing to lose." So I would start talking to them. If I knew they liked a cetain sport, I would ask them about(even if I already knew about it). You could talk to him about a recent movie that's come out, music, etc. You'll think of something, be brave girl!

Girl, first, you need to get to know him. Find out if any of your friends know anything about him. Other than that, be confident and talk to him as a friend first. get to know him because you may not like him if you just jump head first in a relationship.

My girlfriend was without a job, money, place to live a year ago. She asked me to help her and I found her a place to live,and loaned her money. I even bought her a cell phone she said she needed to find jobs. I signed a contract with Sprint in my name and paid all the bills which she promised to repaid me after finding a job. Now she has a job and makes good money but doesn't want to pay me back. I called her asking for my money and she insults me, hangs-up and lies that she dosen't have the money. First off, try saying to her that you have been nice about asking her to pay you the money back and you do not wish to take her to court over something simple like this. If she pays, then you know not to loan her money again. If she does not pay, then you need to take her to court and get what's rightfully yours!

Jumping on a trampoline is exercise because your body is in motion and it's helping to circulate your blood. And if you further wish to lose weight, do what I am trying to do: Don't go on a COMPLETE diet, just change your eating habits and your actions. If the store is 15-20 minutes away...walk. Don't get in the car and waste expensive gas. Walk to the store. Good luck!
