Ok, im 12 and i weigh about 150-160 and im 5'9 but i dont look fat, but my fat goes to my legs(thighs mostly) and now its starting to get to my belly and i want to lose weight but nothing works for me. i tried excercising,doesnt work, dieting, i get too hungry , and i dont know what else to do to lose weight! i only look fat in shorts and my bikini, but i like to wear those clothes and i cant cuz my legs are fat.

Hunny, I am the same as you (age weight, ext.!)!!! I am trying to get down to 140. i am excercising ALOT and eating in porportion. and leaving out sweets. i also found out a way to get rid of being hungry. on your ear there is the outer part, then if you go down from the top there is like a horizoontal ledge and if you squeeze it for 1 minute your hunger will (temporarily) go away! I read it in a magizine! well good luck!

you're not overweight or in danger of being overweight at all.
try sit-ups to stop from getting a belly, if you don't want one.

DAMN YOUR TALL!.. sry lol i was only 5'0 when i wuz 12! to palates an just dont eat fatty foods like fast food... mcdonalds expecially! try eating yogurts an salads cut down on your snacks daily, play sports, soccer, lacrosse, basketball, swimming, track, an you can bike ride.. if you keep gaining weight and really concerned talk to a doctor

Honey, exercising does work. I'm 5'4 and I weigh almost 14lbs! I've been exercising and it works. You just have to eat right when you exercise if you wanna lose weight or tone up. Eating the same foods you've been eating isn't gonna help any. You don't have to diet, just change your eating habits. Cut back on some of the greasy and fatty foods. Good luck with it honey! ]

- be active do a sport

You're 12 years old... why are you worrying about this?
Don't "diet", but be thoughtful of what you eat, how much you're eating, and when you're eating. Combine that with regular exercise and staying active, and you'll be fine. ]
