I broke up with my boyfriend a few months ago and now I just found out that he's gay. Do you know if he could be lying to just make me jealous or grossed out? I don't know what his intentions are...

Maybe he was questioning himself...he didn't want to belive so. Maybe he wanted to make sure or maybe he just found out he was 'gay.'

If you broke up with him, does it really matter what his sexuality is? If you think he wants to make you jealous or something, confront him right away. Since you've broken up, do you still talk, hang out, etc.? If you do it's important you let him know without hurting his feelings. If you confront him, make sure you somehow let him know or signal it in to him that you're ok whether he is straight or gay. I hope I helped you and I hope you'll please rate me!

Was his name JP? and is your name Hope? If so, he's always been gay. Don't sweat it. Otherwise, I think you need to have a nice talk with him about who he is. If it freaks you out that he's gay then you'll just have to be tolerant.

Why does it have to be about you? Maybe he is gay, and has no statment whatsoever to send to you. Who cares what his intentions are, he isn't your boyfriend anymore. Move on.

How old is he? It could be that he just discovered it. Maybe when he was with you he was just trying to hide it and he only just came out of the closet. On the other hand he could be trying to make you jealous, in which case it looks like he's suceeded.

when a guy tries to make a gurl jealous they usually try to make themselves look good. Unless this guy is weird i would not use gayness to make myself look good. I think that he is tryin to gross you out. He is being a crazy guy. Don't worry he will grow up sometime

Well, you could perhaps face the fact that your exboyfriend really IS gay and might want a change after breaking up with you. He might want to completely erase all his bad memories about his past and turn his life around by doing completely the opposite of what he had done before. Just accept him for who he is and know that he is doing what he enjoys.
If he isn't gay then just ignore it. He might just want to get attention from you knowing that most girls like guys who they can't get. That is the irony of how many minds work.

He could be lying, or maybe the break up was bad enough to lead him to believe that women aren't for him. If you think that this is so, try to talk him out of it. Then again, he might be playing games about it. Good Luck
