Is there any chance at all of a woman getting pregnant if the man wears a condom, without actual intercourse?
The penis would still be quite close (touching, probably) to the vagina, but not inside.

i wouldn't say theres NO chance. there's a small chance. even if he does wear a condom. condoms can bust, semen can leak out of it, etc. even if it wasn't INSIDE the vagina, if it was close to it and semen DID leak out or the condom busted, there's always that chance of getting pregnant. =(

Whenever there is penile-vaginal contact there is a change of pregnancy, but the presence of the contact greatly reduces the chances by up to 97%. Being on the pill also helps, and doing both is the single best way (other than total abstinance from any sexual act) to prevent pregnancy and disease. But from the sound of things, you or whoever you were asking about is pretty damn safe! Good job! Incidentally, you SHOULD wear condoms even when there is no penetration or even ejaculation, because the sperm can still get in and there is often a bit of semen on the tip of the penis before the man ejaculates.

no the seman has to go threw a tube and has to fight threw the females seman and very few makes it in and then they have to be fertile enough to fertilize the egg

yes you can get pregnant with a condom being used but why woul;d he wear one when he didn't have sex??? no you can't get pregnant with out the penis being in the vagina because the penis has to be in the vagina so the sperm can go to the egg to be fertilized

If any spunk gets out then yes, she could get pregnant or get an STD. It's only a problem if the condom splits though.

there is always a chance of a girl getting pregnet. there is also a chance that he could have aids. if you r under 16 then don't rush you have your whole life for that and just in case you do get pregnet it's there unless you have a abortion. make sure he's the right person.

The chance is extremely low. If the condom breaks or has a hole in it, though, and if any semen comes in contact with the vagina, pregnancy could theoretically result.
