under weight hi can someone please help me,
i am 16 and under weight does any one know what sort f food to eat to help me put on a bit of weight i am not that bothered about it i just want a bit of weight please help

Go see a doctor, he will probably subscribe you to a nutritionist and/or a persrciption for wieght gainer. Dont do it on your own you can make yourself sick.

well...you probably don't have an eating disorder. but don't, you know, don't stuff yourself with junk food so you aren't skinny, because that probably will result in an eating disorder. try talking to someone about it, and maybe eating healthy foods like fruit as snacks. ]
I WOULD CERTAINLY SAY DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT EAT DEEP FRIED FOODS AND GREASY PIZZA STUFF LIKE THAT DRINK ENSURE AND THEIR ARE PROTEIN BARS KEEP A TIGHT LOOK ON YOUR WEIGHT SO AS TO NOT LET IT GAIN UP ON YOU TOO QUICKLY WELL GOOD LUCK ACHEIVING THE LOOK YOU WANT ]

My friend is underweight too. U can eat pizza hut pizza (really greasy, ha) or you can eat chocolate and other foodsl ike that, but not too much, u dont want to become overweight or unhealthy. ]
There are certain foods that are better at "buling up" than others. One suggestion would be to try a nutrtion drink such as "ensure" or a reasonable facimile. If that's not possible at the moment, you may want to concentrate on foods high in protein such as beans and potatoes. Bananas are an EXCELLENT way to put on weight and fairly simple to obtain. Whatever method you chosse, keep in mind that as you start to gain weight, you will also want to increase you daily level of exercise. That way you can ensure that the weight you DO gain will be muscle-based and not harmful fat. ]
you need toup your intake in calories to 3000 a day eat more protein foods,try weigt gane mixes like creatine ,as a supplement drink as well your meals i have the same problem im under weight and went to see a dr in this feid and he told me what im telling you so try it ,let me know how you get on.protein foods like more red meat, nuts,if you have 2000 calories in your food then 1000 calories in supplement drinks as well you should put on at least 2lbs a week,it dont sound much but if you stick to it you will have put on half a stone before you know it good luck, ]
