(in addition)

you need someone to encourage you. a good buddy always helps! and drink tea....mmmm...tea. <3! also, don't start off heavy...

-just exercise. a few minutes a days should do.

-after a week or two, start eating and drinking better.

-a week or two, start increasing your exercising minutes week by week.

good luck!

Whatever answered Monday February 23 2004, 12:23 pm:
You should consult a physician regarding this. I'm pretty sure you already know that the key to loosing weight is eating a well balanced meal and daily exercise. Ask your doctor if you qualify for that gastric operation. A lot of celebrity are doing this and they really lost a ton of weight.

Talk to a nutritionist and develop a diet and excercise program that works best for you.

By just giving your weight alone makes it difficult to answer because if you are 6'-6" it could not be a problem but if you were 4'-6" then you should be worrying.
There are all types of remedies on the market but the cheapest one is EAT LESS and EXERCISE MORE.
You know it makes sense
