hi my advice is to be comfortable with yourself and watch what you eat and excersise. a few tricks that i have is no sweets, no salt , and no soft drinks< means no diet sodas either. Once you start a program and stick with it, it gets easier everyday good luck!

Why would you hurt a man ?? Talk to your boyfriend, maybe he is willing to increase his activity to keep you. Hes 50 not dead. 50 yr old men still have drive maybe he needs medical aid. If he is not able to, dont cheat, break it off with him and find a man who can keep up.

BREATH DEEP love that is real comes to you and lasts. I dont know how old u r but im guessing your young cuz you said he was your first kiss. Keep busy, hang out w freinds that care about you. An if it still hurts and i know it will seek profesional help

Im so scared because I just had my period a few months ago and Im 12 yrs old. thats not what im worried about though. i fingred myself and I dont know how deep i went but it wasnt that deep i dont think, but then I went to the bathroom and i saw that i was bleeding from my vagina but i don know if its from my period or not...its almost around the time when i usually have it but im scared because did anything bad happen when i fingred myself? or is it just my period? Currently, I have been single for one month, but I still love that guy. We broke up becuase he said he needed time. But to all that there is this other girl with two kid and she is only 18 years old. She work with him and on New Years, I went to Cali for vacations, when I come back I heard that he picked her up becuase they are friends. I know he cares and loves me too but I feel so betrayed.
