Well,I dont really think you can loose weight in 5 weeks.But you can try to.Just do what I do.Eat this cereal for breakfast called Special K.You eat it for breakfast,lunch and just eat dinner.In 2 weeks you will loose about 10 pounds.But you can't be cheating your diet because that would make it diffucult for you to loose weight.
