Print (plot) dialog box delayed when the PC is connected to

Print (plot) dialog box is delayed in opening by 7-10 seconds when clicking File>Print (Plot) in Autocad, Corel, Photoshop, etc. ONLY WHEN THE COMPUTER IS CONNECTED to the switch.When the cable is unplugged, the problem doesn't appear MS Office apps run without any problems.
Environment: Win2k SP4 on Toshiba Satelite Pro 4600
Printers:HP, Xeros. All new drivers
This delaying appears after SP instalation

Hey there, Halloween is coming up and I have no idea what to be! Yes, I am 15, my friends and I are being goofy and going out to have fun :P Any ideas for a costume?!?!? I kind of want to be some sort of 80's rocker chick... but I'm not sure. (I've already been a boy, baby, hippie, witch and whatnot) I want to go allll out this yeah :D I'm not really into being some kind of scary costume... but any ideas will help! Thanks a lot! xoxo

Ok, I'm doing this Brocture about Virginia, back in the colonial times, I reaaaally need some slogans, I almost had one, but the first thanksgiving was im Massachutsus...
ok, I know they were big with growing Tabacco, Fishing, ummmmm...just growing raw materials and stuff, I reaaaaaaally need this, here's the one I came up with thinking The first thanksgiving was in Virginia:

well im not sure if i can say i like him.. but i have feelings. this has really been getting on my nerves lately. and i just dont know if this should be going on. this is the thing: i could do anything little thing and i end up thinking about it for the rest of the day. like if i do something and it wont even have to be a "bad thing" then i think back on it and im like i should of done this or i should have done that and then i can never et it out of my system. its the most annoying thing ever. is somethin wrong or does n e one have advice for helping me loose this "concious" bc i think thats it...
