Okay I dont have low self esteem or anything but im not like cocky at all. This guy likes me and i always thought he was too good for me as stupid as that sounds. But he is extremely gorgeous and sweet to me and he seems to really like me. But I can't help but feel when I'm with him that im not good enough. It's all i think about. How can I get this out of my head?

Valentines Gifts

My Husband and I set a limit for how much we would spend on Valentines day for each other and he went over almost double. We cannot really afford to spend the original limit set already and I am really upset with him. I don't want to ruin our valentines day, but I am not happy.
two questions, 1.how should I react when he gives me his gift. 2.Is it okay that I don't spend what he spent and keep to the limit?
I would have rather he spent it on something we need and I have been telling him that.

So this is pretty short and random. A friend and I are getting really bored with our lack-of-love lives. The guys at our school sucks. So my question is, where can we go to just hit on/pick up cute guys? we're 17, and there arent any like clubs for teens or anything.

ok, so a friend of mine has this 30 year old cousin and he keeps saying he loves her and she loves him to, problem is, she's in love with him. she's like 16 so they're like 15 yrs apart. He keeps patting her on the hip and butt and it doesn't really make her uncomfortable. Anyway, when she told me she's in love with him I was shocked. She knows it's wrong but doesn't know what 2 do. To make things more complicated, she lives in a home with a dad who is always blaming her for things and stuff and a mom who doesn't do anything about it. She would leave but she's got no where 2 go. Well I've never had a problem like this before so that's why I really need the advice! :)
So anywayz, here's the thing...I like this guy, but I don't think he likes me back. Well he's 1 of those shy guys so it's really hard to tell. So I need advice on if he doesn't like me how can I get him to like me??? Now I know it's wrong to pretend to be someone else just to impress your crush! but it's not like I plan on being with him forever. I just wanna get to know him...like get a chance!...I know I may sound desperate, but well I am.:p...it's just so weird 'cause I've never had to deal with this before! :p

hi, i was just wondering if anyone has any advice on how i can be less shy around guys. Because around some guys i am completely comfortable but when it's like a hot guy or something i get intimidated or whatever and get really shy! most ptobably because the guy is hot and you don't want to look like an idiot or whatever but does anyone have some tips to make me less shy aroudn them?

Confusing Relationship

This guy and i have been on and off for a little over a year, and i dont know what to do anymore.
its one of those situations where it doesnt matter how much he ignores me, i still like him. and he knows it.
he has a lot of girls who are friends and constantly takes them before me. i love him a lot though and i don't know what to do to make him realize that i can't take this anymore. he either needs to get his act together and treat me better or get out...
everytime we break up and get back together he always promises things will be different and he'll try harder and for the first month or two, they are. but then things fall apart. the cycle repeats itself. i like him so much that i let it.
please help, i can't cry over this anymore.

There's a guy from school who had a big crush on me. He knew absolutely nothing about me, and yet he still liked me. He used to keep talking to me and trying to get me to go on a date with him. After a while we started instant messaging on yahoo, and I got to know him a little better. At first I thought he was kind of cute, but I wasn't really that into him once I got to know him. I didn't want to lead him on, so finally I told him very nicely that I would just like to remain friends. He got mad at me! Now he's not talking to me at all. I told him we could still be friends, but he doesn't care. And it makes me wonder, was he even interested in me as a person or did he just want me to be his girlfriend? Last yr. i use to like a boy named josh. And last yr. i thought he liked me 2. We sort of knew eachother through my friend but i don't if he remembers me. So this yr. came..and i only saw him once and that was all the way in september. Just 3 days ago i randomly saw him. I want to talk to him and get to know him, but i don't want to look stupid. I really like this guy. Whenever we're alone together he flirts with me nonstop and I really like it. But when we're around other people he flirts with every girl he sees... more or less. .. and when its me and my best friend and him he pretty much ignores me and pays a ton of attention to her ... So I guess my question is is What do you do if the guy you like likes your best friend?

So first of all I'm a sixteen year old junior. I have my tight group of friends, 7 other girls, who I'm practically always with. I am pretty well known around my school, not for anything bad, I just am involved in a lot around my school. I have no problem meeting or talking to people, I'm not socially awkward. The problem is that recently my friends have ALL been in relationships. We all have jobs and sports, so schedules conflict. But when they dont, they all hang out with their boyfriends. Its not that they've never been in relationships before, but now they are all in relationships at the same time. I'm extremely alone. I've never been in a relationship, never been kissed. I have been asked to dances, which leads no where except the boy ...
