If I walked on a tredmale (however you spell it lol) for about an hour almost every morning, then ate healthy and also did pilates... How long do you think it would take for me to notice results? (Especially a flat stomach and skinnier legs/thighs) Thanks!! :)

(15/f)OK I have absolutely NO idea what to get my boyfriend for Christmas. He's really picky with clothes and as for cologne.. I wouldn't want him to think I'm telling him he smells or something by buying him cologne. I just wanted to know if anyone had some ideas on what i should get him. He doesn't really play video games and he burns all his CD's. I know it's a tough one but I rate high! Thanx in advance.

Ok, I'm a Freshman girl and I am 14.
I have been dating my boyfriend for about 1 month and a week. (He asked me out) We were getting along great at first, but it seems like the relationship is going down. Well not bad. We have gone to the movies 3 times and we flirted heavily while watching it. We made out I think 2 or 3 times and it had always been perfect and he says I'm really good. I have a major problem. I have this friend, and hes been my best frind for years! We are the hookup dogg!!! But the other day when we were filling out our scrap book of people we dont like he asked me if i liked men. I just kinda sat there and itched my balls for a second, and then pretended i didnt hear it. He let it go. So the next week we went to Lifetime fitness and when i was in the sauna, naked as always kuz im so HOTT, he kept on staring at my wang, so i asked him what he was doing and he said he like men. I was like OH MY GOSH!! So i covered myself the best i could and went running out of the sauna NAKED! A policeman was there and he said i was committing a felony for public nudity. my bf just recently got AIM to talk to me more since we go to diff skools...well he made a myspace (myspace.com) and on his where it says "Who Id Like To Meet" he put "A gurl with a nice body and who is not afraid to try new things" and where it says Status he put single...im soo hurt over it he sent me the link 2 it and he was like look i made a myspace...and idk if i shuld get mad @ this or birng it up? am i over exaggurating? how would i bring it up??? ugh....btw we been goin out 4 6 months and everything so far has been gr8...=\

ok. there's this 7th grader at my school (i'm in 8th) and i like him. my bff's boyfriend is friends with this guy(this guys name is zach). i had a dream about zach and bff(gina) tells her boyfriend(brandon). so after school today, this kid is like all like trying to get gina to bring me over to him. we flirted at the beginning of the year and i like him. what do i say to him and do you think it's wrong for an 8th grader to go out with a 7th grader? thx for the help! oh yeah, i really really like this kid

i have been feeling bad for a while.. i think i have the disease depression... im almost 16 years old and until recently i havent told anyone except my best friend... i want to tell my mom and go to the doctor to find out for real but im scared... im afraid she wont understand or not take me seriously or get mad... some of my symptoms are: alot of insecurities with myself, feeling empty, trapped, i always wanna stay home and sleep, i hate myself, im sick of my life, and i have alot of regrets.... im not so bad that im thinking of suicide though.. i would NEVER do that.... the thing is i think i have a pretty good life and im lucky for the things i have and that makes me feel really guilty about feeling bad..... i have a good house, im healt...

I have extremley bad cramps... only the problem is i dont know how to swallow a pill. The advice I want is NOT how to swallow a pill but if you know of any really good chewable types of medicine to realive the pain (I'm 15 years old if that helps). Thanks!
