If I walked on a tredmale (however you spell it lol) for about an hour almost every morning, then ate healthy and also did pilates... How long do you think it would take for me to notice results? (Especially a flat stomach and skinnier legs/thighs) Thanks!! :)

i would say about a month or two but dont work too hard to wear u wear ur self out. good luck ]
ok any excrise is good but the more you do of it and the better you the fast you will see resultes but remembel that not eating is not good for you so dont go over bored. you also do have to eat crazy things like seaweed wraps and junk like that to lose weight jusdt use your common sence and dont chow down on pizza everynight and cookies are not a real lunch but if you do stick to your plan then you should see your results in 3-6 weeks ]
That really depends on how hard you are trying. Some people never see results- try running on the treadmill if you want thinner and stronger legs- pilates will help you alot if you really get into it. ]

Hun, it would take ATLEAST 3 weeks minimum to start seeing results... you need to do more than just walk/run... I hoped i helped!! :)
