Sweet Sixteen Party

I want to have a sweet sixteen, but I can't have anything too big because I already had a bat mitzvah. Does anybody have any good, not extrememly expensive ideas for a cute sweet sixteen party? Also, I want some good themes as well. By the way, I rate with feedback.

I NEED YOUR ADVICE!! i am 13 and been wanting to pluck my eyebrows forever! and i secretly have. i have been plucking them with my fingers and sometimes using my moms tweezer. but i just dont know how to ask my mom if i can REALY pluck my eyebrows. and i am afriad she will ask me if i have been using her tweezer and i dont want her to get mad at me. if you pluck your eyebrows, i was just wondering what you asked your mom. i am pretty sure my mom will say yes but i want to know how to say it to her.

When you shave are you supposed to shave the upper part of your leg too? I never have because the hairs are so light you can notice...but are you supposed to?

Hey, tomorrow I'm gonna buy a digital camera with these gift certificates I got which are for Best Buy. Each gift card is $30 each, and I have $20 also to spend on it. I'm just wondering if anyone knows of any good cameras that I can buy with that much money, and which kinds are really good quality. Thanks so much :]

okay im sorry again but i have another quesiton.
so i just got the razor phone yesterday and i absolutly love it. but whenever i take pictures, it gets really wierd. like after i store the picture and look at it in the photo gallery, it looks messed up and there are lines in it. does this happen to you and what should i do to make these lines and things disappear? thanks SO much
and sorry one more thing. you when when you press the talk button, it only shows the people that you have called, is there any possible way that you can put the people that called you on there too?

Today I was shopping with my mom, and i was picking out some clothes, i went over to show her what I found. & the first thing she says is "no black" and she walks away. So I like black clothes, so what?
And maybe I'm not the preppiest girl ever, and maybe I don't have the style that she wants me to have. But I should be allowed to wear what I want. I don't know what her problem is, at least I'm not walking around with bondage pants with 65486465 chains; (if thats what she is worried about)
So the thing is, I want to be able to wear the style of clothes I want. And how am I supposed to express myself if she won't let me buy the things I want? How do I explain to her?

Does anyone know any really easy hairstyles? My hair is about 2-3 inches below my shoulders. My hair is REDICULOUSLY thick. To the point where hairdressers get frustrated dealing with it.
I need some really easy hairstyles. Besides ponytails and messy buns.

i scanned some pictures onto my computer. i tired to put them on my space but they come out to small so you cant tell who it is if its my default pic or if you go into view more pics you can only see them good if you click on them. how do i make them bigger?

I am 14 years old and I was always good at doing makeup on myself and others. I went to MAC the other day and I got a lesson there and they said that I should get a job with some type of company like MAC or Chanel when I am in highschool, my question is how old do you have to be? What type of test do you have to do? I know you have to be able to apply makeup onto someone.

I'm not sure if its "legal" on this site to ask this question, but if it's not, could to re-direct me to a site that could help me?
This monday, I have off from school. I'm giving myself a total makeover. Hair, nails, everything. What I need, and what I have NO experience in, is makeup. Is there a place where I could submit my picture and have people give me makeup advice?
