how do you set a voicemail on a cingular phone? i tried calling 1 to go to the voicemail but it just says to dial the 10 digits you are trying to call or whatever. help please? 5's will be given

just dial your own phone number, then when it gets to a thing that says this person hasn't set up a voicemail, or whatever just press pound. Then it will guide you through the rest.

sumtimes the 1 button acts stupid on my phone. id suggest dialing your number. thts another way to get to ur voicemail.

Maybe your phone just isnt working right. I have cingular and when i got my hone i called voicmail and it gave me options and that is how i made mine. Try calling the phone company.

Hey! If I were you I would try to call Cingular the company and tell them what is going on with your phone because it doesn't sound like your phone is working properley.I hope I helped!
