Planning a Workout Posted Wednesday March 12 2008, 4:32 pm
Ok, I am overweight and have been for a few years. I desperately want to change that, but the first thing I need to know is how to plan a good workout. I have 2 workout DVDs that I plan to use. One is a dance video, and one is Fat Blasting Yoga. I also want to be able to run the mile in less than 20 minutes, but right now it takes me five minutes just to run 1/4 of a mile, and after that, i get tired. (These are all important factors for me...please think about these when you answer this question.) Thank you so much!

16/f im 130 lbs. & 5'7-8". now i know im not fat, & im not saying i am. but within the past month or so, my upper thighs have begun touching when i stand straight up. (they didnt use to) and i was looking at my ass & upper thighs in the mirror one day, n my thighs are all cellulite-y. how gross, with swimsuit season coming up. anyways, i was wondering if their were any exercises that WORK for upper thighs & your butt. i already eat right, so thats taken care of. but id really like to know if their are some exercises (besides running) for that. and also, are there any ways to make cellulite go away? or dissappear? id appreciate not getting a speech on how im still growing, & i shouldnt be trying to lose weight..etc...

Ok.
Well I Got My Period.
I Only Got It For A Day.
And It Hasnt Come Since.
Its Been At Least 2 Weeks.
This Hasnt Happened To Me Before.
I Mean I Didnt Get My Period For Four Months
But The Doctor Said It Was Normal.
Im Not Sexually Active Other Than The Fact That
I Finger My Self( Still Virgin).
So Is That Normal?
Btw I Sarted When I Was 11 And Im 14 Now.

when i work my calves over a long period of time, like i have been doing, they tend to get more muscle mass rather than lose fat. what kind of excersizes would i have to do to tone down my calf muscles and burn fat but not bbuild more muscles?

for the next two weeks i am goin on a diet which basically will have me running on as much fruits, vegetables, fish and water as i want. along with that i will do a 2hour a day excersize routine and i was wondering about how much weight i will loose in two weeks if i stick to the diet.

Hi!
So like, I go to the gym 4 times a week, losing anywhere between 600-800 calories solely on cario and whatever I lose on weights.
Sometimes before going to the gym, or afterwards, I eat frozen yogurt. Or a Chai latte. And on weekends I eat lunch afterwards (no frozen yogurt/lattes)
Is it normal to feel fat after eating??
And to not lose/gain anything in the first month?

this girl who ive never met before just started a bunch of crap with me and a few people. its getting to the point where its going to have to be handled in person.
i'm into kickboxing classes, so i know how to punch pretty hard.
bottom line is, if it gets down to the point where needed, i will punch this girl in the face.
please dont preach how violence isnt the answer
but just a few questions
1. how much trouble can i get in?
2. i dont want to like hurt her permanently, but like a nice bruise or something would be good, so how would i go about doing that?

i want to look amazing in two months. is there anyway i can loose a lot of weight in that amount of time. i also want to gain muscle. i dont have a lot of extra time in my schedule and i really love food.
like i have tried throwing up my food. but umm thats not gonna happen. i just cant. its sick. & ive tried not eating, but that doesnt work. i love food. aha. hmm any tips. im considered skinny but i have like some extra chubs that my clothes hide. and its summer real soon, so i cant hide it anymore.

Calf muscle and spasms Posted Tuesday March 4 2008, 11:24 pm
After training for soccer (yesterday, for 1 and 1/2 hours), i had a muscle spasm in my left calf muscle and it was sore from the on (its still sore now), and now my other calf muscle is sore (but didn't have a spasm). It's not going away from stretching.
And yes i did stretch before training.
Is there other ways to get rid of the pain (no drugs, medications etc.)???
And how long will the pain last?

Ok, I'm gonna have to talk in Kilograms, so sorry if it doesn't make much sense to some people here.
Well I'm 15/f and since Friday (it's Tuesday now) I've lost 4kg.
I haven't eaten much, but I don't feel hungry either...
So I'm wondering if it's dangerous to drop 4kg in like one weekend?
So that's what... 8.5 pounds or something?

so im 17/f, 5'7 and weigh 125ish - fast metabolism so im naturally pretty thin. next weekend [14th-16th] im going to the beach! so id like to tone up. i just need to burn a little fat and make my muscles pop. i know its not an overnight thing, but any exercises i can do to give me some quick results before then? mainly in my abs/thighs. thanks!

alright so i know i am not fat.
but i do feel that i am slightly overweight to the point where i am uncomfortable.
i wear sweatshirts a lot and things that dont show my arms thighs or stomach.
i would really like to know a plan so i could make my arms stomach and thighs skinnier.
my arms are slightly flabby and my thighs touch a little bit. my stomach has a little pouch at the bottom.
i would like to get ridof the extra fat and tone up.
please can someone give me a plan to achieve my goal. i wouldlike this done by summer.
+++i am a vegetarian i only eat chicken and fish.

In the 14 months since I had my baby I have lost 66 pounds.(10 lbs less than pre-baby) I exercise when I have time, do aerobic videos, lunges and push-up and sit-ups a few times a week, walk a lot, work 10 hour shifts as a cleaner...I am still flabby and looks like a lot of loose skin on my legs and stomach and hips. Will it ever shrink back? How can I make it go away?
