And u gotta eat. If you do not feed yourself, or skip meals, your body will hold your fat and you wont lose anything.
And eat breakfast, even if it is just a piece of fruit, or a granola bar, but if you're planning going on a diet i suggest not eating really big breakfasts, and skip the bacon and potatoes. And portion your sizes.
I found a really good exercising program called
WOWY Beach body. It does wonders! I have been on it, for about three weeks and have lost over 5 pounds with dieting and busy school work days. It doesnt take too long to do either and it works all parts of your body.
if you really want to lose weight, cut your portions and exercise about an hour everyday. You can still eat, even ice cream, or chocolate, just eat small portions, like instead of having 2 cups of ice cream have 1, or pizza, skip the meat, stick with the veggies and its better if its thin crust and have like 2 or only 3 pieces.
hope i helped! [ rebs411's advice column | Ask rebs411 A Question ]

Get your heart rate going for a good 15 min then you can do lunges or squats with 8-12lbs weights. Eating the right foods is also very important. Chicken, fish, peanut butter,...anything with a good amount of protein is going to help build muscles tone. Throwing up your meals or skipping meals, is NEVER a good idea. Take it from someone who knows. It is much better to loose it the correct way. All it takes is 20-30 min a day, five days a week, for six weeks. Crunches will also help with developing your stomach muscles. There are some really good workouts that you can find online for free. If you don't have weights, you could use a couple of gallons of milk, or juice. Also, eat breakfast. Carnation instant breakfast is good if you aren't big on eating first thing in the morning. Since you love food - as most of us do - I have had three kids, and I lost the weight all three times and kept it off by eating six small meals a day. It keeps your metabolism going all day long. Try to eat something as soon as you get up, and then eat a couple of snacks (bagel, fruit) before lunch, then eat a sensible lunch, then one or two more snacks before dinner (vegetables, 1/2 peanut butter and jelly sandwhich) then a eat a sensible dinner. Replace soda with water and drink 1-2 full glasses of milk a day. I know this seems like a lot, but it does work. It is important when trying to gain muscle that you eat right and eat a good amount of protein everyday. Good luck sweetie, I am sure you will look fabulous this summer. how about doing some cardio, going to the local gym, and go on a diet.
Dancing is a fun and easy way how to gain muscle and loose weight
but try not eating after 7. If you eat after 7 your food is stored and you can't burn it off while you sleep.
