how can i loose 10 pounds before may.
thanks.
im not really dedicated. but im talking like ANY way to loose 10 pounds in two months.
its more like i mainly want to get toned but, yeah.

Exercise. Try not to eat a lot of junk food and do push ups and sit ups. And go outside, ride your bike, sports or something like that. Eat lots of veggies and drink lots of water too. I hope everything works out for you.

carido for 20-30 minutes a day. drinking LOTS of water. and to give yourself some tone do some cruches and push ups. mainly need to drink water and do cardio. whatever muscles you already have will show. you will have to work REALLY hard to lose ten pounds in a month.. just dotn give up and i think you can do it.
